Just to clarify Lynda is seen with 200 bags of grit salt. I started re-filling the bins today. Also a list of all the grit bins we have supplied to Queensbury residents. Kind regards and best wishes for the New Year to you and all your readers,
Paul and I have allocated 33 grit bins to Queensbury residents over the past 5 years out of our own pocket when Bradford Council refused to provide any because of the lack of funding.

We continue to refill them every year at our own expense 200 bags of salt costing between £800 to £1000 plus the initial cost of the bins £2,970.
Because Queensbury is unique re its inclement weather we believe Bradford Council should make Queensbury a priority when it comes to allocating extra bins, what about it Dave, Val, Simon. Lynda and I could easily find homes for another dozen or so grit/salt bins?
The Ward Budget funding has been cut by the Labour Group who bitterly complain that it is due to the Tory/Lib-Dem funding cuts to Paul and I have allocated 33 grit bins to Queensbury residents over the past 5 years out of our own pocket when Bradford Council refused because of the lack of funding.
Kind regards Councillors Lynda and Paul Cromie (Queensbury Ward Independents)
