Queensbury History Society- 150 Years Exhibition Success

The following has been submitted to the Telegraph & Argus.

On behalf of Queensbury History Society I would like to thank the people of Queensbury and everyone else who supported our recent exhibition at The Victoria Hall. A special thanks to those who brought photos and articles for us to copy, we are all grateful you took the time as we got some special photos to share and if we didn’t have time to display them all rest assured they are valued. To those who promised photos, please don’t forget as they are truly appreciated.

The feedback on the content was marvellous but the criticism was that we didn’t run it on the Sunday and publicity was poor, lots of people disappointed.

However we hope to exhibit again with more advance notice and taking in the weekend.
